As we near #DynamicCon2022, my mind has been focusing on my speaking topic- “The Talent Within”. With each new article, blog post, and hashtag I read about “The Great Resignation”, I can’t help but think “We need to act NOW!” We need to keep our talent and not give them reason to WANT to go!
Great leaders know that we cannot assume people will stay. We ask them – Are you satisfied here? Are you engaged? What do you want to do next? And if the answer is “no”, or “I don’t know”, then we aren’t doing something right, and we need to act!
