Suzanne Lemen is the founder and CEO of Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. As an expert in the Human Resources function with more than 40 years experience, Suzi has been called upon by some of the largest companies across the nation to provide comprehensive auditing, consulting, risk management and compliance services. Suzi teaches and mentors entrepreneurs and HR professionals through SHRM prep courses and local workforce development programs.

Megan Richardson has spent more than twenty years providing human resources guidance to numerous organizations, including some of the country’s most prominent businesses. She has spoken at national, state and local conferences and is regularly called upon as an expert. Megan brings a high-energy, engaging experience that keeps audiences invested while delivering meaningful, actionable insights that provide lasting value long after the event concludes.                 

Sarah Laboranti is a motivated HR professional with over twenty-four years of experience. She graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee.  She served as the HR Employment Manager for one of the largest hospital systems in the Knoxville, TN area. Sarah brings strategic HR insight to the training programs she designs, ensuring content is practical, relevant, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each audience and organization.
