HR:30 Series – Celebrating Pride at Work

Pride Month is celebrated annually, in June, to commemorate the Stonewall Riots and recognize the equal opportunity for the LGBTQ+ community. Join DCSI as we discuss opportunities for employers to promote inclusion in the workplace for applicants and employees whose sexual orientation or gender identity is outside of social norms.  We will share ideas for Pride Month activities in the workplace and discuss the importance of allyship and inclusion as a year-round culture initiative.
