Creating a Culture of Respect Within a Team

A respectful workplace is one where all employees are treated fairly, differences are acknowledged and valued, conflict is addressed early and there is a culture of empowerment and cooperation. In this session, we will discuss the role that everyone plays in creating a culture of respect in the workplace.  Participants will explore professional day-to-day interactions and behaviors involving teamwork, conflict and bullying behaviors.  This session is recommended for supervisors and team leaders wishing to empower themselves with intervention techniques.
