• Set clear expectations around conduct, professionalism, attendance, alcohol use, dress code, and social media behavior before employees ever step onto the course.
• Navigate compliance and ethics risks, including accepting tickets, vendor hospitality, giveaways, gifts, and avoiding inadvertent conflicts of interest.
• Prevent attendance, performance, and safety issues such as last-minute callouts, “extended lunch breaks,” or employees attempting to drive after drinking.
• Mitigate reputation damaging behavior—from taking inappropriate photos and creating viral videos to ending up on the kiss cam, oversharing in branded gear, or being recorded by someone in the crowd.
• Prepare for post tournament recovery, including managing next-day absenteeism, addressing reported incidents, and reinforcing ongoing standards for future events.
