Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc., is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan J. Richardson to President. Megan brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources compliance, planning and strategy.
Megan began with DCSI more than 12 years ago. In her tenure with DCSI she has worked her way through the organization beginning as a Consultant, until her most recent role as Senior Vice President. In her time with DCSI, Megan has led countless projects in the non-profit, public, and private sector. She has worked closely with all levels of leadership from family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies to help develop their Human Resources Departments and ensure each reflects the company’s specific culture.
Megan is a proactive communicator with a unique ability to translate client needs across diverse stakeholder groups, consistently delivering successful, high-impact outcomes.
Megan received two Bachelor of Arts Degrees from Flagler College of St. Augustine, Florida and holds both SHRM-CP and a PHR designations.
