The HR Florida 2026 Conference is bringing HR professionals together in Kissimmee, Florida, August 30–September 2 for four days of learning, networking, and conversations about the issues shaping today’s workplace. This year, three members of the Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. (DCSI) team will take the stage to share practical insights on HR knowledge, leadership, feedback, and turning conference inspiration into meaningful workplace change.

From an interactive HR trivia competition with Sarah Laboranti to strategies for becoming a more feedback-ready leader with Brooklyn Stabile, and a practical approach from Megan Richardson for turning conference takeaways into action, these sessions offer opportunities to learn, engage, and walk away with ideas you can use.

Here’s the DCSI Speaker Lineup for 2026:

Workplace Wisdom Wars: HR Knowledge Competition

Tuesday, September 1 | 11:30 AM–12:00 PM
Presented by Sarah Laboranti, SHRM-CP, VP of HR Solutions

Think you know your HR? It’s time to put that knowledge to the test!

Hosted by Sarah Laboranti, SHRM-CP, this fast-paced, interactive HR trivia competition invites conference attendees to test their knowledge across a range of HR topics, including employment laws, landmark cases, notable HR leaders, and more.

But this isn’t your typical conference session. Attendees are encouraged to bring their cell phones and their competitive spirit for a fun opportunity to test their HR knowledge against fellow professionals.

Whether you’re a seasoned HR expert or simply enjoy a good challenge, Workplace Wisdom Wars promises to bring some energy and friendly competition to the conference.

Leading Through Feedback

Tuesday, September 1 | 2:00–3:00 PM
Presented by Brooklyn Stabile, HR and Training Consultant

Effective leadership isn’t just about knowing how to give feedback. It’s also about having the courage and confidence to receive it.

In today’s relationship-intensive workplace, leaders communicate with employees, peers, executives, and stakeholders at every level. The ability to receive critical feedback, learn from it, and use it to strengthen leadership effectiveness is an increasingly important skill.

In Leading Through Feedback, Brooklyn Stabile will lead an interactive exploration of how leaders can develop a mindset that welcomes feedback as an opportunity for growth rather than a threat to their authority.

Participants will explore how to:

  • Create a team culture where critical feedback and open communication are normalized.
  • Become more “feedback-ready” by responding with curiosity and a focus on relationship-building.
  • Identify personal leadership blind spots and develop strategies to address them.

The session emphasizes a powerful leadership principle: continuous improvement starts with being willing to listen.

Let’s Do This – Turn Conference Energy into Post-Conference Impact

Wednesday, September 2 | 9:30–10:00 AM
Presented by Megan Richardson, President

There’s something about an HR conference that gets you energized.

You spend several days learning from industry experts, connecting with HR professionals who understand your challenges, discovering new resources, and collecting ideas you’re excited to bring back to your organization.

Then Monday morning arrives.

The inbox is overflowing. Priorities are waiting. Executives have questions. And suddenly, those great conference ideas become “maybe someday” projects.

Megan Richardson, President of Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc., wants to change that.

In Let’s Do This – Turn Conference Energy into Post-Conference Impact, participants will develop a practical strategy for turning conference inspiration into actionable workplace improvements.

The session will focus on three key strategies:

Action Mapping

Identify your organization’s biggest HR challenges, capture practical solutions and potential roadblocks throughout the conference, and build a support network you can tap into after returning to work.

Managing Up

Learn how to build stakeholder support, overcome resistance, and use data-backed storytelling and ROI-focused conversations to help move ideas forward.

Making Impactful Change

Explore how micro-piloting can help organizations test new ideas through low-risk, small-scale initiatives, creating an opportunity to demonstrate value before pursuing larger changes.

The goal is simple: move from “Wouldn’t it be nice if we could do that?” to “Let’s do this.”
