DCSI’s HR Boot Camp I is comprised of three, 3-hour virtual sessions focusing on HR knowledge that a workplace HR representative – regardless of title – should be competent in to ensure organizational compliance, protect employees, and support best employment practices.

HR Boot Camp II is the sequel to HR Boot Camp I, providing hands-on experience with complex HR issues facing organizations today. This 3-week series explores the strategic role of Human Resources and the value of investing in deliberate practices that support leaders, employees, and organizational success. While prior attendance in HR Boot Camp I is encouraged, it is not required to participate in this engaging, next-level HR Boot Camp experience.
