As President of Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc., Megan is responsible for setting organizational strategy, overseeing consulting operations, and ensuring the successful execution of client engagements that drive measurable business outcomes.

Megan provides executive-level guidance across multiple business units, partnering closely with leadership teams to align workforce strategies with organizational goals. Her expertise includes organizational design, talent acquisition and onboarding strategy, HR compliance, performance management, and culture development. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Megan ensures each consulting engagement is delivered on time, aligned with strategic objectives, and exceeds client expectations.

Megan is a frequent speaker at national, state, and local conferences and is regularly called upon as a subject matter expert for SHRM Jacksonville, HR Florida State Conference, and other SHRM chapters throughout the state.

Megan holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, and maintains professional certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
