Instructional Design


During the development process, subject matter experts are interviewed to determine the course objectives based upon your unique and targeted training deliverables. DCSI instructional designers have worked with a variety of clients in diverse industries and are able to make even the most complex processes, systems or concepts easy to understand for the learner. Instructional designers incorporate proven methods to reinforce the practical application of concepts presented in each course. Each highly interactive course is designed around adult learning principals which include class discussions, case studies, v, personal assessments and role plays. These elements will engage participants, as well as create a team-oriented environment.
