SUMMARY:HR Boot Camp II - Virtual Training Series (Fall 2026)
DESCRIPTION:Take your HR expertise to the next level. This advanced HR Boot Camp training series is designed for HR professionals who are ready to move beyond day-to-day operations and become strategic business partners. This six-week program explores advanced HR practices that help organizations develop leaders\, navigate change\, mitigate risk\, and build high-performing workplaces. Prior attendance in DCSI’s HR Boot Camp I is encouraged\, but not required. HR Boot Camp II is comprised of six\, 90-minute virtual sessions: Thursdays: Oct 29\, Nov 5\, Nov 12\, Nov 19\, Dec 3\, and Dec 10\, 2026 from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM ET. Eligible for 9 HRCI/SHRM certification credits. \n  \nBe an HR Partner to the Business\nThe role of the HR Business Partner requires HR professionals to align business objectives with management and employee needs.  This session is designed to provide participants with approaches and insight which allow them to meet the demands of multiple stakeholders. \n\nDefine our unique partnership role and learn techniques to build credibility and relationships\nBetter understand the business we support\nInitiate strategies and align those HR priorities with employee and organizational needs\n\n  \nHR Data: HRIS & People Analytics\nStrategic HR Leaders are intentional about the ways they address data and systems\, applying them to inform future business needs.  In this session\, we will begin with an assessment\, and learn tactics to assess and anticipate the needs of the organization. \n\nAssess our understanding of HRIS and data analytics\nUse data to support business decisions\nDevelop our skills to build the “business case” for organizational change.\n\n  \nSuccession Planning & Leadership Development\nIn this session\, we will examine leadership development programs that ensure internal “high performers” are ready to seamlessly transition into key roles when needed. \n\nCreate processes to assess current and future talent planning needs and develop high performers\nExplore the Performance-Potential Matrix\nImplement talent development initiatives\n\n  \nInvestigations\, Audits\, & EEOC Responses\nHR leaders are often heard repeating the phrase “document\, document\, document” …. And there’s a reason for this!  Paper trails\, digital records and documentation are all crucial to defending employment decisions and terminations.  In this session\, participants will \n\nDiscuss ways to address investigations and terminations as they occur\, with forethought on using all records to defend the decision at a later time.\nTake a deep dive into the EEOC Charge of Discrimination process\nPractice skills for writing an effective position statement\n\n  \nLeading Change: Mergers\, Acquisitions\, Growth\, & Downsizing  \nAttendees will spend Session 5 in an interactive class focused on Change Management.  This week will focus on the HR skills essential to supporting an organization through large-scale changes\, with an emphasis on: \n\nEffectively communicate with employees during times of uncertainty\nExplore the role of HR during the mergers & acquisitions process\nCreate effective policies for downsizing and layoffs\n\n  \nPolicy Development\, Substance Abuse\, & Labor Relations  \nIn our final session\, participants will explore key policies and employment initiatives that are essential for top-performing HR departments.  Session 6 will end with time allotted for Q&A and individual action plans for each attendee. \n\nLearn the components of effective HR policies\nImplement effective reasonable suspicion and drug-free workplace procedures\nDiscuss labor relations and the collective bargaining process\n\n  \nRegister Now \nContact DCSI’s training team with any questions:  904-278-5383  |  info@dynamiccorp.com
