Reasonable Suspicon Training: CBD Oil In The Workplace

In this one-hour webinar HR experts will discuss medical marijuana, recreational use marijuana, and CBD oils and how this may affect your current drug-free workplace policy. States are restricting drug testing in the workplace due to medical marijuana protections, “unless the employee is on the job impaired by marijuana”. Many states are unclear about the definition of “impairment”. It is crucial that employers implement a consistent process to assist in the defense of these situations. While Florida does not uphold the “Non-Discrimination” clauses above, some employers are electing to not test for marijuana usage.
