Reasonable Suspicion Training: CBD Oil, Medical Marijuana, & The Drug-Free Workplace

States are restricting drug testing in the workplace due to medical marijuana protections “unless the employee is on the job impaired by marijuana”. Many states are unclear about the definition of “impairment.” It is crucial that employers implement a consistent process to assist in the defense of these situations.
