Leadership Series II is designed to develop managers into successful leaders, three hours a month. Series II topics include Developing Your Own Personal Leadership Brand, Leading Your Team Through Change, Coaching For Performance, and Developing a High-Performing Team.
Sessions begin at 1:00 pm on Tuesdays, 9/21, 10/19, 11/16, and 12/14 and Thursdays, 9/23, 10/21, 11/18, and 12/16. All sessions are held over the easily accessible online format- Zoom.
As a BONUS, each participant will receive a monthly 30-minute 1-on-1 session with a Facilitator for feedback and mentoring in a personalized format. Each participant will receive a bound Participant Guide prior to the course.
