Leadership Series II is designed to develop managers into successful leaders, three hours a month. Series II topics include Developing Your Own Personal Leadership Brand, Leading Your Team Through Change, Coaching For Performance, and Developing a High-Performing Team.
Sessions begin at 1:00 pm on Tuesdays, 1/19, 2/16, 3/23, and 4/20 and Thursdays, 1/21, 2/18, 3/25, and 4/22. All sessions are held over the easily accessible online format- Zoom.
As a BONUS, each participant will receive a monthly 30-minute 1-on-1 session with a Facilitator for feedback and mentoring in a personalized format. Each participant will receive a bound Participant Guide prior to the course.
