Leadership Series I – Summer Term 2021

Leadership Series I is a comprehensive, three hours a month training course focused on personal development and team leadership training. Series I topics are Your Role as a Leader, Communication/Team Development, Your Role in Employment Law, and Performance Management.

Sessions begin at 11:00 am on Tuesdays, 5/18, 6/15, 7/20, and 8/17 and Thursdays, 5/20, 6/17, 7/22, and 8/19. All sessions are held over the easily accessible online format- Zoom.

As a BONUS, each participant will receive a monthly 30-minute 1-on-1 session with a Facilitator for feedback and mentoring in a personalized format. Each participant will receive a bound Participant Guide prior to the course.
