
Leadership Series I is a comprehensive training course over the course of 4 months, focusing on topics relating to personal development and team leadership training. This monthly format allows for individual and group engagement, with each session building on the last. Participants will be assigned interactive “homework” to practice the skills learned in each class. This series is highly recommended for leaders new in their role or experienced leaders seeking formalized training.

• Engage in a legally compliant and impactful interview process
Session IV: Performance Management
• Translate performance expectations into deliverable accomplishments
• Use management tools to interpret and evaluate employee performance
• Coach your team to succeed and promote positive employee engagement
