Leadership Series I

Leadership Series I is a comprehensive, three hours a month training course focused on personal development and team leadership training. Series I topics are Your Role as a Leader, Communication/Team Development, Your Role in Employment Law, and Performance Management.
Sessions begin at 8:30 am on Tuesdays, 9/15, 10/20, 11/17, and 12/15 and Thursdays, 9/17, 10/22, 11/19, and 12/17. All sessions are held over the easily accessible online format- Zoom.
As a BONUS, each participant will receive a monthly 30-minute 1-on-1 session with a Facilitator for feedback and mentoring in a personalized format. Each participant will receive a bound Participant Guide prior to the course.
