Leadership Series I

Leadership Series I is a comprehensive, three hours a month training course focused on personal development and team leadership training. Series I topics are Your Role as a Leader, Communication/Team Development, Your Role in Employment Law, and Performance Management.

Sessions begin at 11:00 am on Tuesdays, 1/19, 2/16, 3/23, and 4/20 and Thursdays, 1/21, 2/18, 3/25, and 4/22. All sessions are held over the easily accessible online format- Zoom.

As a BONUS, each participant will receive a monthly 30-minute 1-on-1 session with a Facilitator for feedback and mentoring in a personalized format. Each participant will receive a bound Participant Guide prior to the course.
