HR:30 Celebrating PRIDE at work

Pride month is celebrated annually, in June, to commemorate the Stonewall Riots and recognize equal opportunity for the LGBTQ community. Join DCSI as we discuss opportunities for employers to promote inclusion in the workplace of applicants and employees whose gender or gender identity is “outside of social norms.” We will consider options for Pride month activities as workforces continue to reopen, and discuss the impact of these events on allyship in the workplace. In this session, facilitators will also discuss the use of preferred pronouns for employees and applicants.
