Job Summary:

Performs or participates in planning, delivering and evaluating contractual services, projects and products as assigned, including the development of project scope, goals and objectives; work plans and timelines; implementation strategies; and measurement and evaluation methods. May also serve as Relationship Manager on assigned accounts.

Professional/Educational/License Requirements:
  • PHR
  • Bachelor’s degree in discipline related to established area(s) of expertise or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources/Training and Human Resources development
  • Ability to use technological tools as required by clients
  • Knowledge of best practices HR Management and related consulting services


Job Title: Senior Consultant


Job Summary:

Plans, delivers and evaluates more complex contractual services, projects and products that are larger in scope and impact, including developing project scope, goals and objectives; work plans and timelines; implementation strategies; and measurement and evaluation methods, as assigned. Serves as Relationship Manager on assigned accounts and as Project Manager on specific projects.


Professional/Educational/License Requirements:
  • SPHR or CCP
  • Bachelor’s degree in discipline related to established area(s) of expertise or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years experience in Human Resources/Training and Human Resources development
  • Ability to use technological tools as required by clients
  • Knowledge of best practices for HR Management and related consulting services


Job Title: Facilitator


Job Summary:

Facilitates assigned training curriculum, including presenting information, directing structured learning experiences and managing group processes and discussions that result in enhanced knowledge, skills and abilities of client participants.


Professional/Educational/License Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in Training and Human Resources Development, preferably facilitation
  • Knowledge of functional, operational and technical requirements of organizational systems and processes
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory
