Suzanne K. Lemen Full Bio

Suzanne K. Lemen, SPHR (Suzi) is CEO and President of Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc.  Suzi founded this full service Human Resources consulting firm to assist companies in achieving and exceeding their strategic goals.  In addition to being highly sought as a speaker, she leads a team of experienced HR and Training professionals who work with corporations of all sizes in a number of industries.  DCSI’s extensive client list includes Fortune 50 clients and small local businesses in a variety of industries.

 

Prior to owning her own business, Suzi was Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Barnett Banks, Inc. with responsibility for five of the affiliate companies.  She also served as Senior Vice President of Planning and Development for Barnett Mortgage Company where she was responsible for analyzing and re-engineering that line of business.

 

In 2007, Suzi purchased Idea Staffing which provides clerical, administrative and accounting temporary and direct placement services in the North Florida area.
