Suzanne K. Lemen, SPHR
President and Chief Executive Officer
Suzanne K. Lemen, SPHR is President and CEO of Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. Lemen founded this full service Human Resources consulting firm to assist companies in achieving and exceeding their strategic goals. In addition to being highly sought as a speaker, she leads a team of experienced HR and Training professionals who work with corporations of all sizes in a number of industries. DCSI’s extensive client list includes Fortune 50 clients and small local businesses in a variety of industries.
Prior to owning her own business, Lemen was Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Barnett Banks, Inc. with responsibility for five of the affiliate companies. She also served as Senior Vice President of Planning and Development for Barnett Mortgage Company where she was responsible for analyzing and re-engineering that line of business.

Pamela R. Gibson
President, Idea Staffing
As President of Idea Staffing, Gibson offers clients advanced business acumen within the recruiting industry, having served more than 20 years while being groomed by top recruiting firms in North Florida. Gibson has served in a senior management capacity, providing talent management assistance to Fortune 500 and regional companies making placements in the medical, IT, accounting, human resources and clerical arenas. Her mission has been to find the most competent individuals combined with the best chemistry to create the right ‘fit’ within each organization.
Gibson is currently serving as a gubernatorial appointee to the Clay County Development Authority Board, serves on the Board of Directors of the Goodwill of North Florida and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She is a graduate of Trinity University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Beverly Anderson, PHR
Director of Training
Beverly Anderson, PHR, is a diversified human resources professional with knowledge in training, compensation, employee relations, employment, organization development and strategic planning. As Director of Training, Anderson is called to utilize her well-honed management skills to develop training for organizations improving efficient work teams and implementing process improvements.
A Certified Master Trainer by Rollins College, Anderson has facilitated strategic planning and team building efforts, made executive level presentations, delivered multiple training programs and provided leadership to community organizations. As a key leader in training for a regional staffing firm, Anderson brings experience in the development of marketing and public relations initiatives, has an extensive background in video production and script development and has managed projects that included the development of new hire orientation and training videos, along with instructional design and facilitation. As an integral part of a three person Quality Implementation Team, she was instrumental in gaining ISO 9002 certification for a national staffing company.
A sought after speaker and active in her community, Anderson currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Beaches Division of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce. She served on the board of the Society for Human Resources Development (SHRM) and is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Navy League of the United States Mayport Florida Council.
Rita Northrup
Director of Government Relations
Considered a ‘turnaround specialist’ by her clients, Rita Northrup offers her assignments over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience within the Human Resources arena, including direction of Benefits, Payroll, Benefit Payments, HRIS systems and implementations. Northup’s budgeting and management skills accompanied by her organizational goal setting have improved the bottom lines of client initiatives.
Northrup provides solid leadership while providing end-to-end solutions in HR applications to clients in all industry segments, including government, aerospace, entertainment, financial, healthcare and manufacturing. As management and project consultant, Rita has a proven record of strengthening functional departments through issue identification, work flow efficiencies and staff development. Key areas of specialization also include oversight of federal, state, and local regulatory reporting, research for workflow planning, organizational design and systems oversight.
Rita is a Graduate from DePaul University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a concentration in Human Resources. In demand as a speaker and subject matter expert, Northrup accepts speaking engagements for industry specialized conferences.
Carol Safran, SPHR
HR Helpline Director
As a senior professional in human resources and a 28 year veteran from the AT&T environment, Safran’s experience, in customer service, sales support, staff and field assignments in HR management offer a unique experience base required to provide issue identification and solutions to DCSI clients. Having successfully led HR organizations for various business units including Business Services, Information Management Services, the McCaw Cellular acquisition, Consumer Services and Worldnet, AT&T’s internet unit, Safran managed HR teams of all sizes from small to large and was responsible for the full range of HR strategies, policies and programs.
Safran’s ongoing consulting experience includes the full range of people and business development issues from fast growth strategic planning, leadership development, human resources, recruiting, training, retention and competency development. A successful leader, coach, trainer and consultant to business leaders in large corporate and small to mid-size business environments, Safran’s talents find the right solutions for every client.
Safran is a facilitator for the SHRM certification program in North Florida, and is also a certified facilitator in management development and customer service learning systems. Safran received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of St. Elizabeth. She continued her professional education as a graduate of Executive Development at Northwestern University, Executive HR Development at Cornell University and earned her SPHR from SHRM.
