When can I contact the DCSI HelpLine?

The DCSI HelpLine can be accessed by telephone during regular business hours, 8:00a.m. – 6:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday. You may also contact the HelpLine via email at HR-HELP-U@dynamiccorp.com at any time and a DCSI consultant will email you an answer.


When can I start calling the DCSI HelpLine?

You may begin using the DCSI HelpLine as soon as your contract is signed and you’ve been issued a member number.


How often can I call?

You may call the DCSI HelpLine as frequently as you need to. There is no limit to the number of calls you can make.


Is there a time limit on the call?

The DCSI HelpLine consultant will take whatever time is necessary to answer your question(s) and make sure you feel comfortable with the advice and what you need to do. There is no time limit on the call.


Are there any restrictions on who can call?

The DCSI HelpLine is available to assist you, your managers and supervisors with your human resources questions and issues. You make the determination as to who should be authorized to call. Any authorized individuals need to be prepared to provide your company name and member number when they call.


Can my employees call the DCSI HelpLine?

The DCSI HelpLine is designed to provide advice and guidance only to supervisory level individuals within your company on human resources issues.


What are the credentials of the person giving me advice?

DCSI HelpLine consultants have at least fifteen years experience in Human Resources management, employee relations, and employment compliance.
